While the Beau Rivage boasts a prime location in Old Town Nice, its charm was somewhat overshadowed by cleanliness issues in our room. However, the tranquil environment and top-notch spa services did provide a much-needed relaxation. The hotel neglected to address our concerns promptly, making us question their commitment to customer satisfaction.Despite these setbacks, the proximity of the hotel to the beach was a definite highlight, offering a serene escape right by the seaside. The ability to unwind on sun loungers with clean towels added a touch of luxury to our stay, complemented by the spectacular view of the sea from the patio.Additionally, the spa services, including yoga classes, provided a rejuvenating experience, enhancing the overall tranquility of the hotel. While the cleanliness issues need to be addressed, the serene environment and spa amenities make Beau Rivage a potential haven for those seeking relaxation and wellness in Old Town Nice.
